Cancellation
We require a written notice via email stitched@gmail within 24 hours.
If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we will gladly refund your order with proof of cancellation attempt within 24 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund we require to have the hair back in our possession before refund process is complete. Purchases must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and saleable condition for refund. We will need you to send your original receipt back.
